Jacklyn Aringu is a seasoned public health, development and innovation specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning global health & development, programme innovation, quality systems, and public–private collaboration across South Sudan, Uganda, and Kenya. She currently serves as a freelance Consultant with the UNDP in South Sudan, and previously led programme innovation as Head of Experimentation at UNDP’s Accelerator Lab, where she championed hands on learning, problem solving, and adaptive skills development. Jacklyn is deeply passionate about post graduation employability and future ready job skills, advocating for experiential learning, private sector career entry programmes, and innovative pathways that bridge education and the labour market. She brings a unique perspective shaped by experience across the UN system, government, academia, and the private sector. Her career bridges policy, practice, and industry standards, positioning her uniquely to moderate conversations that connect education outcomes with real world labour market needs. She is passionate about fresher and post graduate employability. Jacklyn is a strong advocate for innovative job skills development, including experiential learning, problem based training, digital and analytical skills, and ethical use of emerging technologies.
