H.E. Paulino Lukudu Obede is the Deputy Governor of Central Equatoria State, serving under the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity (RTGoNU) since 2024. Prior to his current role, he served in several key public offices, including Member of the Council of States, Chief Whip for Other Political Parties, and Minister of Information and Communication in Central Equatoria State.
